A right-of-way survey is a boundary survey determining the limits that a private property has over the subject property

A record/asbuilt survey is a survey that shows the final horizontal and vertical positions of improvements on the area of interest.

SUBDIVISION PLATTING

Subdivision platting is dividing an area of interest into small individual parcels of land to better grasps the boundary.

CONSTRUCTION LAYOUT

Construction layout is used to accurately layout points of a construction project.

SKETCH AND DESCRIPTIONS

A Legal Description and Sketch is used for legal purposes to describe a piece property, describe easements for utilities and features and describe and identify neighboring and adjacent properties. This is not a survey.

PREPARATION OF EASEMENTS

Preparation of easements describes easements for utilities and features intended to be placed on a specific property.

LASER SCANNING

Laser Scanning uses laser beams to measure environments with rigid terrain, buildings, and vegetation while creating a 3D map an accurate and efficient manner.
